Shipping policy

Stella Hudson jewellery is available as Ready to Ship or Made to Order. Please refer to the individual product page before placing your order.

Ready to Ship

Pieces marked Ready to Ship are currently available in stock.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Pieces requiring ring resizing or other adjustments may require additional time before dispatch. Resizing may incur a fee — please contact us for details.

You may cancel a Ready to Ship order for a full refund any time before it has been dispatched — contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled; please refer to Returns & Exchanges instead.

Made to Order

Pieces marked Made to Order are crafted after your order is placed.

Each product page will display an estimated Production Timeline. This timeframe is separate from shipping and begins once your order and payment have been confirmed.

Production timeframes are estimates and may vary for complex pieces, bespoke commissions or during peak periods. If you require your jewellery by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

If you need to change or cancel a Made to Order piece, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Changes or cancellations may be accommodated before your order enters production. Once materials have been allocated or work on your piece has commenced, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

For bespoke or custom commissions, production timeframes and payment arrangements will be confirmed individually.

Australia

Complimentary express shipping is available on orders over AUD $500.

Orders under AUD $500 are charged a flat shipping rate of AUD $10.

Orders are sent with tracking. Orders of AUD $500 or more require a signature on delivery.

International

Complimentary international shipping is available on orders over AUD $500.

For orders under AUD $500, shipping is charged at a flat rate of AUD $40.

International delivery generally takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, subject to destination and customs clearance.

Customs duties, taxes and import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
